CLONING BREAKTHROUGH

Hello there Audience!  I'm here with some breaking news from Headquarters...

Having had all this time on my paws during this period of isolation, I've been sequestered in my Secret Research Laboratory.  And I have made an important scientific discovery that will no doubt change history...

News of my "Cloning Breakthrough" hit the press first thing this morn...

That's right folks, I succeeded in cloning Toilet Paper!  Can you believe it, felines?!  No more shortages from now on!  May our Humans rejoice!

VALENTINE'S DAY TIDBITS

Well hello there Audience...we have finally emerged out of all the snow to celebrate our 8th Blogoversary and to give you some updates and tidbits of the latest happenings around Headquarters.  

When we last left off, the Marmot Whisperer had arrived on the scene to work his magic on the hibernating marmots, who had been delaying my opening of Clooneyland...

Our buddy Stan The World's Smallest Sheep had been standing by to give his 8th Annual Groundhog Day Report...

 We were all waiting for "Varmit the BC Marmot" to surface for his annual Groundhog Day prediction... If you recall Audience, Varmit has been bribed with Num-Nums for 5 years of early Spring predictions...is under contractual obligation and my purrsonal care to  ensure accurate yearly predictions.  However, Varmit did not surface from hibernation and therefore Groundhog Day was cancelled in the province of British Columbia...

We then realized the seriousness of the situation and were advised by the Marmot Whisperer to pull out all the stops...Chinese food was ordered to bribe the hibernating marmots...

Fancy umbrella drinks were made to bribe the hibernating marmots...

But all to no avail...The Marmot Whisperer is now sequestered in the Secret Research Laboratory working on a master plan to bring the marmots out of hibernation...We will keep you posted on the subsequent developments...

In the meantime, Stan sends his kisses and special Valentine's wishes on behalf of all of us at Clooney's Num-Num Fund...

TUNNEL TUESDAY

Hello there felines.  So I goes to my tunnel in the wee hours of the morn...and what do I find?  My tunnel is still on strike!  Can you believe it felines?  Even after presenting my tunnel with a lucky bamboo, I guess that the luck just didn't rub off...So theese time I had a big brain storm...and I am pulling out all the stops!



I know that money talks...so I decided to pay my tunnel cold, hard cash to get it up and running again!  Nothing like a wee little bribe to "grease the wheels" so to speak.  I presented my tunnel with a $1,000,000 dollar bill!  Yeah, that's right...you heard me felines... 





I went into my Secret Research Laboratory and printed a hot one right off the ol' press...One of my hobbies is "printing money"...(uh but don't tell the Authorities...OR MY TUNNEL!)  Let's see how theese one works to cheer up the tunnel, shall we?

Well hello there felines.  So I goes to my "tunnel" in the wee hours of the morn...and what do I find?  There waiting for me is a Catnip Sign!  Can you believe it felines?  Now, I am very excited about theese one because I have the purr-fect place to hang my sign...

I'm going to hang my sign on the door of my Secret Research Laboratory!  I spend a lot of time in there snoozing conducting important research till the wee hours so sometimes I need a bit of a "lift" in the morning.  Theese is where the catnip comes in...

What about you felines?  Without your catnip, are mornings impossible?

TUNNEL TUESDAY:  IT'S KFC...IT'S KFC!!!

Well hello there felines.  So I goes to my "tunnel" in the wee hours of the morn and what do I find?  A whole bucket of KFC!!!  Can you believe it felines!  I was besides myself with excitement!  Theese one is a good one!  My tunnel has really outdid itself theese time.  A bucket is way better than a snack pack!  I have spent countless hours in my Secret Research Laboratory trying to crack the code on the Colonel Sanders' secret spices, but it is very tough to do.  My tunnel must have known that yesterday was World Cat Day and decided to give me a good treat this week!  Well I'm off to do some snackin'...I'z got the midnite munchies.

Meow Meow Meme Monday

Hello Audience, we were tagged by Life With Fae and Iggy for the Meow Meow Meme.  So here we go...

1) Where do you like to hang out?

Cloon:  My Secret Research Laboratory of course!  Theese is where I conduct on-going experiments etc.etc...

Neytiri:  In my comfy, blue "Prince" bed.  I love this bed!  (It has the word "Prince" embroidered on it.)

2)  Who is your favorite kitty crush?

Cloon:  Uh, I'm afraid that's classified information.  I have...names of various Ladycats here in my little black book which is kept in my vault when I am not using it...

Neytiri: Well I did ask Slash from 5-Cat Style & The Flyer to be my Valentine back in February but I am still a young, single Ladycat...however, we will share with you our "Household Crush" (me, Cloon & our Human), it's on Tiny Johnson from Katnip Lounge.  We're sweet on him because he looks Maine Coonish to us and reminds us of our dear friend TIM (who was a Maine Coon and is now in kitty heaven).

3)  What is your favorite scent?

Cloon:  That would be KFC of course!  (Back in the good ol' days when my Human would buy me some, that is!)

Neytiri:  Window whiffies for sure!  I love sniffing the breeze of an open window!

4)  What is your favorite TV show?

Neytiri:  The Martha Stewart Show.  That is how I learned to bake pies, kitty cookies and meringue mousies!

Cloon:  The Weather Channel.  When I was a kitten I would sit in front of the TV and stare at the weather reports.  I also enjoyed the music they played on it...

5)  What is your favorite movie?

Neytiri:  That would have to be Avatar.  I was named after Neytiri the lead female from the Na'vi Clan.  Uh, but I don't remember any Woofies being in the film Avatar...

Cloon:  Oh theese is Mr. L!  He was studying to be a film-critic-in-training and reviewed the film Avatar for us.  My favorite movie is Oceans 11.

6)  What is the best piece of feline wisdom?

Cloon:  "Felines should always strive for a balanced purr-sonality: 49% Crazy Man (or Woman) and 51% Stuffed Animal."

I'd also like to add a 2nd piece of wisdom..."A can of Num-Nums in the pantry is worth two in the factory."

Neytiri:  My piece of wisdom is: "Mousies should always wipe their feet at the door, it makes for an easier dusting job!"

Well hello there felines.  So I goes to my "tunnel" in the wee hours of the morn and once again my tunnel has produced its magic...I was besides myself with excitement as I found my very own chemistry set there waiting for me!  Can you believe it felines?  Theese is very awesome because it will come in handy in my Secret Research Laboratory where I conduct ongoing experiments.  Neytiri was quite fond of the beakers full of mysterious potions and got a wee bit protective of them when I was giving the test tube a sniff...Off I go to the Laboratory...
