ADVENT TUNNEL TUESDAY - ADVENT MITTEN 20

Well hello there felines!  Can you believe it?  It's me Cloon...finally here after being MIA for soooo long...

Anyhoo, I goes to my tunnel in the wee hours of the morn...and what do I find?  There waiting for me was Advent Mitten 20 and a sign that says "The Marmots"...

 

When we last left off, my theme park Clooneyland was set to open this summer on my B-Day in July and the Marmots, who are my staff and employees at Clooneyland, went on strike delaying the opening.  I had been very busy in negotiations this past 5 months and wanted to share with you how I spent most of my time...

I typically started out my day like this...

After watching out the window for minutes hours and hours each day...patiently and expectantly waiting for the arrival of Mini-Cloon the very seasoned and skilled arbitrator who was involved in strike negotiations with the Marmots to bring me good news...

I became very sleepy and spent most of my time in a face plant, dreamin' of Num-Nums developed the skills of a Zen Master, meditating and sending out positive vibes to the striking Marmots, hoping that they would achieve a peaceful and satisfactory resolution and that Clooneyland would be up and running for Catmas...

But alas, Secretary Neytiri advised me that a press release had been issued regarding the situation...

The Marmots had now gone into hibernation until Spring and the Clooneyland opening was delayed yet again...

And then, I had a brilliant idea!  Oh, theese one is a good one!  This just might bring the Marmots out of hibernation early...stay tuned Audience...

TUNNEL TUESDAY: TAKE A LOOK AT THEESE ONE!

Well hello there felines.  So I goes to my tunnel in the wee hours of the morn...and what do I find?  Special gifts from my Cousin Cloonski Ogorki!  Isn't that exciting, felines?!

 

Yep, Cloonski is in da house!  Here is a snap of him binge-watching the new series "Birds Gone Wild" on Netflix on a full tummy of Neytiri's homecooked Ukrainian food...

He brought us special Cat Dolls from Kiev...Does theese one bear any resemblance to anykitty you know?

And here I am posing with the special dog biscuit that he brought with him for the woofie from next door...Last year, if you recall, the woofie had placed an order with Cloonski for some specialty dog biscuits from Old Country...Because of the Snowpocalypse, Cloonski was stranded in the airport and ate the dog biscuits!  You can read about that here...

This year he remembered to bring a biscuit with him to surprise the woofie...Here I am waiting at the front door for the woofie to drop by...

The woofie thought the surprise biscuit was the best New Year's gift evah!

Happy Ukrainian New Year, everyone!

TUNNEL TUESDAY

TUNNEL TUESDAY: TAKE A LOOK AT THEESE ONE!

Well hello there felines.  So I goes to my tunnel in the wee hours of the morn...and what do I find? There waiting for me was a yummy plate of Ukrainian food!  Can you believe it, felines?!

 

I got in closer to sniff the yummy stuff...

And then even a little closer to sniff my beloved ham...oh how I loves me ham!  Then Neytiri put a kaibosh on the whole thing!  She said she had been slaving away in the kitchen at Headquarters for days putting her Martha Stewart Baking Lessons to good use, making nalisnyky, perogies and cabbage rolls,  and that the yummy food was for my cousin Cloonski Ogorki who would be arriving from Old Country to spend Ukrainian Christmas with us...

I was instructed that I had to admire the ham from a distance and wait for Cloonski...I hope his plane isn't delayed like last year when the Snowpocalypse hit us and he was stranded in the airport...

TUNNEL TUESDAY: TAKE A LOOK AT THEESE ONE!

Well hello there felines.  So I goes to my tunnel in the wee hours of the morn...and what do I find? There waiting for me was a special cedar box!  What do you make of this, felines?! 

 

I got up close to it and saw that it is a "Dream Box"...

It says on the top: 

 

"Write down your dreams and lock them tight 

Think of them every morning and night

If these things you faithfully do

Your box of dreams will all come true"

 

I took a bunch of whiffies when I opened up the box to smell the cedar aroma...

 

Wow, I'm excited to think of my dreams and place them into the Dream Box...

Well hello there felines.  So I goes to my tunnel in the very late hours of the day...and what do I find?  There waiting for me was a bunch of peacock feathers!

 Can you believe it, felines?!  Neytiri wasted no time in giving them a good whiff...

 

 

Then I parked myself down and was quite taken by theese particular feathers...

 

 

Yep, theese ones are the real deal...they come from a peacock farm and they smell exactly like birdies...

Clooney Claus will be delivering the special peacock feathers to felines everywhere on Catmas Eve...

Well hello there felines.  So I goes to my tunnel in the late hours of the day...and what do I find?  There waiting for me was Advent Mitten 15 and  a bag of marinated mousies!

 Can you believe it, felines?  I'm very excited about theese one!

I decided to get up-close-and-purrsonal to check out the mousies and saw that they were marinating in the very best ingredients evah...B.C. Buddy Herbal Blendz Mx!  

Oh, theese ones are going to be extra potent for Ol' Clooney Claus to deliver to felines both naughty and nice on Catmas Eve... 

 Wait just a minute...I think I spotted someone among the marinating mousies...Camerawoman, can you zoom in a little please?!

Yep, just as I suspected...Mini-Cloon is marinating himself in the good stuff!  This little guy has a little bit of an obsession with nip and the B.C. Buddy herbal blend...

I pulled him out of the marinade only to find him in a bit of an altered state...

I better lick all the marinade off him and test the product  purrform CPR on Mini-Cloon, this guy is an important part of my operations!  Wish me luck, folks!

Well hello there felines.  So I goes to my tunnel in the late hours of the day...and what do I find?  There waiting for me was the Advent Mitten 8 and 
a big stash of Num-Nums!

 Can you believe it, felines?  I'm very excited about theese one!

Then Neytiri put the kibosh on my excitement by suggesting that the tunnel had produced theese Num-Nums to feed Clooney Claus's deers on Catmas Eve...
Say it ain't so, felines...

Maybe just maybe I could act as the "Quality Control Tester" to make sure theese Num-Nums are up to snuff for the deers...what do you think, felines?

Where's my Purrsonal Assistant when I need her?  Let's get this party started!

ADVENT TUNNEL TUESDAY - ADVENT MITTEN 1

Well hello there felines.  So I goes to my tunnel in the late hours of the day...and what do I find?  There waiting for me was the Advent Mitten 1 and a sign about deers...  Hmm, what do you make about theese one?  And can you believe it's December 1st already and the start of the Advent Calendar Countdown to Christmas?

All of a sudden, I heard a rustle and there out my kitchen window was the deers!  This was the purrfect opportunity to seal the deal for Catmas Eve and get the deers to sign a contract to help Ol' Clooney Claus out...

Then Neytiri had a brilliant idea...She decided to entice the deer with promises of her infamous Martha Stewart baked goodies and her special Catnip Lattes...

Upon hearing this, the deers' ears perked and they became more interested in working on Catmas Eve...I even decided to sweeten the deal with throwing in some Num-Nums for good measure...

This little guy got really excited about the Num-Nums offer and came out of hiding!  Then something very cool happened...

We hope you are able to view the above video showing the 6 newest members of Clooney Claus's Catmas Eve team!  I can't believes my luck this year!  I will be able to visit more felines both naughty and nice with all the deerpower for sure...

Last year, we had so much fun counting down the days to Catmas with the Advent Mittens each day in December.  This year we will be featuring Advent surprises in the tunnel each Tuesday in December.  We also want to express our appreciation for you, our blogging furriends.  We have been behind in visiting and commenting this past while and we want you all to know that everyone and everykitty is always in our thoughts and hearts and we hope to catch up with everyone in the next few weeks.

TUNNEL TUESDAY: TAKE A LOOK AT THEESE ONE!

Well hello there felines.  So I goes to my tunnel in the late hours of the day...and what do I find? There waiting for me was a 1st Prize Ribbon!  Can you believe it, felines?  Well, I am very excited about theese one!

 

I was on my way to claim my prize when, all of a sudden, Mini-Cloon stepped ahead of me and claimed the ribbon for himself!

He reminded me that many of the Audience voted for him as the favorite apparition in the Halloween Tunnel...poor Ducky didn't stand a chance in going against my boy!  I decided to let him have 1st Place Apparition...because I know that I am 1st Place in the Cute Factor...wait for it...

What do you think, Audience?  I think I can use this Cute Factor to my advantage to manipulate my Human...Fellow felines do you manipulate your Humans with the Cute Factor?

Well hello there felines.  So I goes to my tunnel in the wee hours of the morn...and what do I find? There waiting for me was a special note and bandana!  Can you believe it, felines?  This is very interesting indeed... 

I got a closer look at the note and it says "Purrs 4 Peace"...

This will be our 6th year purrticipating in the very special Blog4Peace founded by Mimi Lenox

We look forward to it each year and this year is my turn to be on the Peace Globe, so I'm very excited about that!

TUNNEL TUESDAY: HAUNTED TUNNEL

Well hello there felines.  So I goes to my tunnel in the wee hours of the morn...and what do I find? There waiting for me was a haunted tunnel!  Can you believe it, felines?  This is exciting, given that Halloween is right around the corner...

 

The Haunted Tunnel didn't scare Neytiri off...she is one brave Ladycat...She settled in to be part of the scene and observe the "apparitions"...

Here's a close-up of theese little ghosties...Hmm, they look vaguely familiar...

And that spider looks mighty interesting...I think I may just give it a bitey or a whapping!
