And Later In The Wee Hours Of The Morn...

Meowy Christmas & Merry Catmas!

Oh...hello there!  Guess who?

It's me...Clooney Claus.  I'm about to get my sled organized with Num-Nums and catnip mice and start on my route, delivering the goods to naughty and nice felines worldwide.

Secretary Neytiri is helping me get organized and wants to wish everyone Happy Holidays!

So remember felines, if you see a fellow that looks like this, lurking outside your house...let me's Clooney Claus!
In the meantime, Meowy Christmas & Merry Catmas!

Clooney Claus is coming to town...

December 19, 2011

Well hello there felines.  So I goes to my "tunnel" in the wee hours of the morn...and what do I find?  There's  "Ducky" inside a Christmas stocking!  Imagine my surprise!  The little guy did look a little tempting hanging from my tunnel, I have to admit...

I started to lick my chops...but then Neytiri appeared and I know that "Ducky" is her special little friend so I left him alone.  Neytiri didn't see him yet...

Then all of a sudden she came through the tunnel and spotted the little guy!

Now what else do we have here...folks?  I spy a Christmas ham all decked out in red bows and a special "suit" for someone we all know!

That's right.  Clooney Claus's outfit has appeared.  Here I am giving it a closer inspection.

And then the Paw-purr-azzi captured a picture of me posing with the Christmas ham!  This will probably end up in The National Feline Enquirer...I can only imagine the headlines.  Uh, does anyone else want to come over and take your picture with the Christmas ham?  Don't delay...this offer has a best before date.

But never mind the Christmas ham...that "Duck" looked just a little too good!

Thankful Thursday

Hello Audience, it's The Cloon here with a special report. We just received the Liebster Blog Award from Penelope the Cat From Hell.  Thank you so much Nellie, we appreciate it very much!  We know that a lot of folks who read our blog also are familiar with Nellie and Kozmo over at the Cat From Hell.  But just in case you don't know theese felines, you must saunter on over there and start reading their FUNNY stories immediately.  Uncle Cloon will fix you a fine little barista drink (will that be 3 or 4 shots of espresso?) and then you can sit back and marvel at how ingenious and mischievous that Nellie is!  We love their stories and you are in for good times for sure!

"Liebster" means dear, dearest, favorite or beloved in German.  The requirements of receiving the award are to link back to who gave it to you, paste the Award on your blog, then choose 5 of your favorite blogs to pass the award on to that are up-and-coming blogs with less than 200 followers, let them know by leaving a comment on their blog and hope that the 5 blogs chosen will keep on spreading the love by passing the award on to 5 more blogs.

Blogging has been very dear to us as are our blog visitors and the blogs we visit.  So our personal twist on passing on this award is choosing 5 blogs that have become "dear" to our hearts for various reasons...We are listing them in alphabetical order:

5-Cat Style & The Flyer: Oh Slash and Bronzy are SO cute!  Their Mommy takes excellent pictures of them and they do some very creative story-telling.
Cat's Cats: This is the house of love for sure!  A special blog with a special Mum at the helm, sweet posts and the oh-so-sweet Fabulous 5!
Critters in The Cottage (aka A cacophony of sounds): Serious squee warning involved with the two cats, two kittens, two pups and two senior foster cats who live here and have such cute pictures and stories they share!  Their blog warms our heart.
Gorogoro & Nikoniko: Their blog tag line is "My Happy Life With Two Happy Cats" and we must say that they make us and many others very happy too!  They are our go-to for warm fuzzies and sweet and funny posts. Simply put, "the boys" and their Mom rock!
The Oliver and Ruby Chronicles: Theese kitties are Oliver the fur-nettic speller would put it! We get a big kick out of his spelling and we love seeing the beautiful pictures of him and his sisters and reading their clever stories.

So please go on over and visit if you have not met theese kitties before.

(Disclaimer from The Cloon: You may believe that some favoritism was involved here given that 3/5 of blogs we picked have grey kitties...well I can assure you that you are correct.  However, I can also assure you that we have MANY more than 5 blogs that are dear to us...)

On a serious note, we want to express our thanks for the blogging world and everyone we have crossed paths with.  You all mean a lot to us.  We also want to extend our biggest purrs and good healing thoughts out to all kitties who are in need of them right now.  We wrap you all in love and thoughts of health.  And we have our paws crossed for all of you.

Well hello there felines.  So I goes to my "tunnel" in the wee hours of the morn...and what do I find?  There waiting for me is a Catnip Sign!  Can you believe it felines?  Now, I am very excited about theese one because I have the purr-fect place to hang my sign...

I'm going to hang my sign on the door of my Secret Research Laboratory!  I spend a lot of time in there snoozing conducting important research till the wee hours so sometimes I need a bit of a "lift" in the morning.  Theese is where the catnip comes in...
What about you felines?  Without your catnip, are mornings impossible?
