WALKABOUT WEDNESDAY

Well hello there felines.  It's "Walkabout Wednesday" and my tunnel is out and about on its adventures...Having left Australia, my tunnel has made its way to Sedona, Arizona, USA...

 

It had a lovely hike at Bell Rock, one of the energy vortexes around Sedona..

Then my tunnel went milling about...

Taking some fancy shmancy pictures of the beautiful vistas...

My tunnel is going to be an expert photographer by the time it returns to Headquarters...

When my tunnel spotted the Prickly Pear Cactus...

 

It just knew that it had to try one of the "Prickly Pear" margaritas to quench its thirst after the hikes...

Has anyone in the Audience tried one of theese ones?

Happy Caturday, everyone!  We are joining Athena, Cat Goddess in her Caturday Art Blog Hop.

WALKABOUT WEDNESDAY

Well hello there felines.  It's "Walkabout Wednesday" and this week my tunnel is hangin' out on the beaches of Australia...

My tunnel visited the iconic Bondi Beach...

And the popular Main Beach at Surfers Paradise...

Then my tunnel started fraternizing with woofies...

This woofie offered my tunnel some surfing pointers...

And then got in the water to demonstrate...

My tunnel took in all the information and then decided to go to Apollo Bay, a good surfing spot...

This little birdie cautioned my tunnel about going into the surf...

But my tunnel figured that the woofie had taught him well and decided to go surfing anyway...

Well folks, let's just say that Surf Rescue was soon on the scene, pulling my tunnel out of the waves...

I sure hope my tunnel makes it back in one piece after all theese adventures!

Once my tunnel recovered, it wrote me a purrsonal message in the sand...

WALKABOUT WEDNESDAY

Well hello there felines.  It's "Walkabout Wednesday" and my tunnel is still working its way through the big country of Australia...

My tunnel is on the lookout for wild kangaroos...

And it spotted this "mob" of roos near Merry Beach in New South Wales...

A group of kangaroos is referred to as a mob...

In 2011, it was estimated that 34.3 million kangaroos lived in Australia...Can you believe it?  That's almost the amount of people that live in our country of Canada (population: 35.16 million in 2013)!  

Theese "mobs" are taking over!

My tunnel got up close to a little kangaroo in another location...

And then the roo grabbed the camera and took a selfie, too bad it's not Sunday!

Kangaroos usually hop at a speed of between 20-25 km/h (13-16 mph) and can also get up to speeds of 40-70 km/h (25-44 mph) for shorter distances...

WALKABOUT WEDNESDAY

Well hello there felines.  It's "Walkabout Wednesday" and my tunnel is currently hoofing it through the gorgeous country of Australia...

It stopped on the Great Ocean Road in the town of Lorne, Victoria and met up with theese sulphur-crested cockatoos...

 

The cockatoos were just hanging out on the beach, talk about great

Next up, theese rainbow lorikeets (a species of parrot) were spotted on Magnetic Island, Queensland...

Wow, I sure would like to have theese colorful birdies here in my yard at Headquarters...
