Conclusion of "The Great Harley Ham Adventure"

WHAT HAPPENS IN "THE BIG EASY" STAYS IN "THE BIG EASY"...

(What follows is the conclusion to Cloon & Cotton's Harley Adventure & Ham Picnic)

Cloon: Now that Cotton is back safe and sound at the Funny Farm (and a good thing too, otherwise I'd has to answer to that Dr. Buddy over there), I has her joining me via webcam to discuss our adventure. Hello there Miss Cotton!
Cotton: Good evening Cloon. I'm just waking up from a 12 hour nap, wow that adventure sure tuckered me out!
Cloon: I know, we did pack a whole lot of activities into a short time frame! So, what was your favorite part of our Harley trip?
Cotton: I loved seeing the beautiful architecture of the plantation homes, especially the Oak Valley Plantation and was so excited about being an extra on the set of the soap opera that was filming there.
Cloon: Theese one was a good one! Yes, you made your TV debut! Congrats on that! Then, we had our ham picnic under that giant canopy of oak trees and it was an excellent spot. I must say that was THE best ham I ever tasted. You did a wonderful job cooking it and maybe someday you'll share your recipe with us...
Cotton: Oh, it is my secret recipe, not even the rest of the Funny Farmers are privy to it...
Cloon: Hmm, did it have Num-Nums as part of the glaze?
Cotton: I'm sorry but I'm not able to divulge that information.
Cloon: I guess I missed the window of opportunity, I should have asked you about your recipe last night after you had that "Hurricane" (uh, I mean "sweet Georgia tea") drink at Pat O'Briens in the French Quarter...
Cotton: Oh, I let "ALF" have my beverage...
Cloon: No wonder "ALF" and "The Baby" tried to get everyone doing the "Macarena" at theese jazz club Preservation Hall...
Cotton: Yes, and you Cloon ended up with strings of beads a month before Mardi Gras...
Cloon: Well, like I said, "What happens in The Big Easy, stays in The Big Easy"...

  5. Hi, Cloon, Just stopped by to thank you for a wonderful time. It was nice meeting Alf and The Baby too. I didn't know aliens could dance so well but that Alf .... You dance pretty well yourself. My siblings want to know every single detail but I'm going to go get some more beauty sleep and leave them guessing.

    Thanks for a wonderful day.

    Cotton

  10. he he - what an adventure. M nearly keeled over when she read Oak Valley Plantation. She's been there. One year she & D took their daughter on a tour of the Plantations in the south - Oak Valley was one of the stops. Those oak trees are gorgeous. What a lovely place for a picnic.
