Advent Mitten 19 is a very special one...
It is hangin' out at our local SPCA and we are purrticipating in the Santa Kitty Toy Hop created by Summer's Human over at sparklecat.com...
Remember the mysterious Hello Kitty bags from Advent Mitten 16? Well they weren't for Neytiri and me that's why we weren't able to investigate them...
The bag of toys and bag of Num-Nums were destined for other kitties...
All the special kitties at the Kelowna SPCA...
The staff was very appreciative of our toy donations and took them right to the back to give to the volunteers and the kitties...
Only volunteers and potential adopters are allowed access to the cats so my Human was only able to view the cats from outside their rooms...
Here are the profiles of some of the sweeties in the room below that are awaiting forever homes...
Moonz and Alfredo are hangin' out together here, they both have such cool markings...
And the two panther kitties Rigley and Sebastian...
Here is another beautiful black panther awaiting adoption...
And an adorable baby tuxie!
Just under a year ago, a local person started a SPCA Thrift Store right across the street from the BCSPCA Adoption Centre...
It was an honor to purrticipate in the Santa Kitty Toy Hop...
What a great thing to do! Advent Mitten #19 was indeed special!

Such cute kitties!!! We hope that they all find homes for the holidays. They must have really appreciated your donation - so very generous of you sweet kitties. It's too bad they don't let people go in to play with the kitties, even if they aren't adopting. But we know they felt the love you guys gave them with the toy and nom donations!!
ReplyDeleteThat is so wonderful. Those kitties looked so well cared for and happy until they get forever homes. Well done! Well done indeed!
