This is the Inaugural Post of "Whisker Hump Wednesday" in tribute to the Big Mancat Kismet who originated the term "Whisker Humps" and is the standard against which all whiskers will forever be measured. Kismet passed into Kitty Heaven on August 13, 2011. In honor of Kismet, the Cat Blogosphere is declaring that each Wednesday shall be "Whisker Hump Wednesday".

I did not know Kismet, but I wish him Godspeed on his journey, and I will try to get the Human to take a good "hump" shot next week. (It's kinda hard to get good facial detail on a black kitteh--well, so she SAYS, but I think she just isn't such a good photographer!)
